I was reading The Star online and came across of the article on new painting found on Masjid Jamek. History findings are fascinating, it takes us back into the past. Here now where we stand high on a tall building once was a historical place. History has literally been dug and long forgotten in the face of modernisation and development. Example in Melaka, there was a big wall or fort surrounded main town from the "A Famosa" entrance but as time passed by developments has taken place the walls went missing but now if you go there at some places the earth erosions has revealed the forgotten wall's. You can see the foundation base with the old ancient materials used for the wall are still preserved and are very much intact. In early photographs and drawings of the fort walls features quite prominently.  Histories are revealing themselves reminding us once they did existed but all forgotten. #mythought #mywrites

Being Vegetarian for a Religious aspect and not for a personal target. Vegetarian is observed in our Hindu religion often and lifetime in religious purpose. I do remember the days when my aunts ,my grandmother and mother would observe vegetarian for some religious prayers and they stick on to it doesn't matter whatever they will be so strict and observe it for a month or 48 days or longer by controlling their words, minds, souls and of course food. After all those decades now, being vegetarian has become a trend in one's lifestyle. They would want to be vegetarian just to lose their weight.  Ok, I understand you have a target to achieve but why during a religious cause when you have all other days to select. Sometimes we are not known to the real myths and facts around us. We hear the Indian folklores but how many of us do really read the complete version of it to find out the every facts and factuals of it. I have been watching the Mahabharata new series of episodes for past one year. After all Hindi or Tamil serials something I watched truly as the characters were brought to life in a proper ways and not very cartoonic though. However, I understand the producers or directors will not be able to translate the entire Mahabharata epic into few episodes. Just like the "Harry Potter", I have read all the 7 books and and much awaited movie was a real disappointment because whatever was reflected in the book did not appeared in the movie due to the time contraints. It's also understandable at this situation because Mahabharata is one of the well known epic of thr Hindu religion and it would be difficult to bring everything on the screen. Vijay TV for the South Indians and StarPlus for the North Indians a reputated TV channal that hosting the epic Mahabharata serial which took the world with for an hour by locking your eyes daily infront of the TV and also being played in almost 20 languages. Some say that the serial is not revealing the actual Mahabharata truths but as for me I am not sure of the real story but watching this as a Hindu I know something about it though. "Be with me always" or "Be mine always". These two strong statements that means a lot to the feelings. But these two have differences hidden within these words that has a deep meaning to it. Which means the truth ? And which means the possessiveness? In a relationship, these words are to be said frequently and it does give a deep feelings to the meanings. But those spoken never realize that each means differently and one of it doesn't stay long has it's said. Be careful to what you mean at times. "Be with me always" is more assuring the partner to stay in life forever. But "Be mine always" means more to you want to own that person in life forever. If you say the first one make sure you assure your partner the true meaning as your partner's expectation is high sometimes you will fail to fulfil it and all crashes down. I get disturbed in my sleeps, not the nightmare disturbs. It's more of my sleeps are disturbed by my restful thoughts that still looking for some answers. It's weird that to say I get answers to my questions prompted to the Universe at the wee early morning hours. That is from 3am- 6am. The Hindu's believe these are the Brahmamurtham hours very auspicious and they would conduct prayers at this hours. Even nowadays Indian weddings are held at these hours for better relationship.  I will research and share on these facts on next Blog. Coming back to my disturbed sleep, is there are connection of my subconscious mind that works better at these hours to seek for answers that my questions in my mind is seeking.  When we sleep we are dragged into the alpha level of the mind before it takes you deeper into the subconscious level of the sleep.  When there is wanting for an answer in my mind, my thoughts will send messages to my mind and the mind...

Here is the interesting part of all. Mahabharata story comprises of 100,000 verses contained in 18 chapters. But what is more interesting of all is that Author Dr Devdutt Pattanaik just created a record of Jaya - An Illustrated Retelling of the Mahabharata. I also have this book in my reading collection which I reasonly bought in India.I was planning to get a Mahabharata book when I came across of this orange book which was attractive with it's vibrant orange coloured cover. I also read this article from a site which seems to be very interesting and maybe it made a history in Internet and tweeting world. I have shared it here.
