Social media fast moving information channel has made the Tamilan’s proud. Two different songs, with two different type’s music by two different actors have made a world record.  Almost all Newspapers and news channels are talking about these songs
The “Kolaveri” instantly became viral on social networking sites on Twitter and Facebook. It’s quirky “Tanglish” made a big hit. Not only that many versions were re-made in different languages. Soon this song became the most searched on “YouTube” video sharing site and managed to cross almost millions of viewers.
They are not only popular in Tamil Nadu, but also in all languages from all around the world.Yes, even Non-Tamil speaking people are sharing this song on social networking. Proud to say our Tamil actors have got the Tamil language and Tamil Nadu recognized worldwide.


Once the release of this “Kolaveri”, another famous Tamil actor Simbhu release his version of a song “Love Anthem” for world peace which also has become a viral phenomenon within few days of its release. This video is something unique dedicated to humanity. This word “Love” has been sung in 96 different language from all over the world.

 

Both these video hit the most viewed in less than a month and won themselves some award of recognization. Apart from this both actors have written and sung the songs themselves, so it adds some extra spice to the songs.

Both songs originating from Tamilnau is already making a big hit now on the social media. Rather than condemning about the wrong facts lets be happy that this two famous actors have placed Tamilnadu, India on the world map of recognization and Tamizhan on top of the world. We thought only one Tamilan did that by winning an Oscar award but not everyone worldwide knew him.

This two Tamilan's have made all the other Tamilans proud !!!

The Train and An Elephant Story

If you are hailing from the 3rd biggest town in Perak state known as Teluk Intan (Teluk Anson or Teluk Mak Intan, will surely know the story of this Train and the elephant. I remember growing in this town which has a train station which not there anymore. I do remember when the traffic is halted to the traffic when a train pass by. When I was 6 years (987), I went on the train ride up Tapah. Now the nearest train station would be either Tapah or Bidor. I guess it was closed down in 1989. The remains of the station buidling has been renovated and now being used by the driving school. The tracks are missing, but i doubt many are left. I remember the times when I cycled to school (1998) through a short route which crosses the old train tracks which are not jst covered with scrubs and bushes.But now I guess those tracks would be completly dismantled off by people as you can get good money from the metal or iron if you trade in at the junkyard.
